You think it’s weird. Think about the number of times you criticized yourself through the day.
Ugh. I’m so stupid.
I can never do it as well as he/she can.
I don’t look perfect like him/her.
4. I Am In Control.
When you fall in back completely exhausted by the day’s deeds, you are likely to carry on this sense of anxiety to your next day. Take a couple of deep breaths and gather your thoughts. Tell yourself tomorrow is a new day and everything will be fine. It isn’t denial; it’s a conscious step to break the cycle of anxiety.
